1. Hop Into Spring

A day of family fun at the beautiful outdoor Cumberland Heritage Village Museum. Hands-on activities, crafts, baby animals! You may even spot the Easter Bunny and collect a small treat or two along the way. Tickets: $22.68 + tax per family group (maximum 6 people, children 2 and under are not counted toward the group total). Registration online.

2. Easter at the Estate

Decorate eggs with natural dyes, complete a scavenger hunt, challenge friends and family to an egg and spoon race, do some planting, and meet some animal friends at the petting zoo. Tickets: $19.28 + tax (per family group, up to 6 people). Best suited for families with children ages 4 to 7. Advance registration required.

3. Ukrainian Easter Market

4. Community Iftar Dinner

Learn more about Ramadan and break the fast with a free community dinner open to all. Hosted by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Ottawa. It will feature a mosque tour, a q/a program, and a delicious South Asian/Middle Eastern Iftaar Dinner. Registration is required. FREE.

5. Metcalfe Easter Farmers Market

8. The Swifties Bar Crawl – Ottawa’s Era Edition

15. Easter at the Farm

Hop on over to the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum and celebrate the arrival of spring! After a long winter, the barns have come alive with the arrival of newborn animals. Welcome the soft, little lambs, marvel at the rabbits’ silky fur, and observe the fluffy, newly hatched chicks up close. Learn about the transformation of cacao beans into chocolate — while tasting a yummy sample! PAID. March 29-April 1, 9:30am-4:30pm. 16. Easter at the Farm

Easter activities will take place around the farm. The Easter egg hunt and wagon ride is included in your admission. Includes: Easter egg hunt in the forest, wagon ride to the sugar bush, visit all the farm animals and bunnies, and kids play areas. March 29-April 1. The Log Farm, 670 Cedarview Rd, Nepean.

17. Easter Egg Hunts

Hop aboard the tractor-drawn wagon for a ride out to the sugarbush where you will hunt through the bush in search of the lost eggs. Saturday, March 30, from time slots 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm, 1pm. Tickets $16.59 (free for toddlers ages 2 and under), Easter Egg Hunt ticket includes admission to the Sugarbush.
