31. Sugar Bush at the Log Farm

Come out to the farm to experience sugarbush 2025. This once a year, Canadian tradition doesn´t last long as winter gently eases into spring. Take a wagon ride out to the sugarbush to see how maple syrup is made. Then take a walk through the trails of the sugar maples and taste some sweet taffy on the snow. Not every animal hibernates all winter, so it is time to find out about those that don’t. Take a guided snowshoe trek along Trail 60 in Gatineau Park, to discover what animal makes what tracks, and the different strategies they have to stay alive in the cold winter.
